Through the documentary 'Street Witness' we raised funds for an educational scholarship for Hilario, the main character of the documentary. He used to live in the streets of Quito, and currently he is studying philosophy at a university in Granada, Spain.
Through the documentary, 'I Am Happy' we raised funds for Acme a renowned graffiti artist who created a community initiative in the favelas of Rio de Janeiro (Pavao Pavaozinho) to empower local youths by teaching them art and music lessons.
A group of Brazilians in Rio de Janeiro have also raised funds for Jose Ribamar who wanted to pursue further education but was unable to due to his income. He is currently studying to become a nurse.
We hope to raise more funds to create more educational scholarships for youths who wish to pursue further education.
